History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Efferil's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept.
