History: He was born in a small desert village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. During his travels, Raer and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Raer discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Raer fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Azaki is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Lucan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
