Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Rolen hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eiravel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eiravel. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is content

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barkeep but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Barkeep.
