Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has shaved his head bald. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Arannis hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and someone believes him a fraud

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A freak accident while working with his Servant father left him crippled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Nim was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and retire the richest man in the west
