Personality: Rolen is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Rolen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He worked as a nervous Server and found it very stressful. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
