History: He was born in the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Berrian was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Roofer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Carrie's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
