His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barkeep.

History: He was born in the east. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to prove his worth to the world

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
