Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Nim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in a small island village. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cook but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Thamior hails from a village terrorized by giants. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naal. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
