History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ahvain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahvain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. Being a Miller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Efferil lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and regain custody of his son
