Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. His hair is silver and very short. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized red coat. His tied-back hair is blonde. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thervan embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Thervan was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Crown-heir, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He carries a battered bastard sword and tarnished flail as well. He wears his white hair down. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He bought a flail and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To protect his home.
