History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Varis was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Unemployed. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
