When his mother died while fighting goblins, the young Adran began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Berrian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Berrian was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
