Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the north to a Architect, Beiro learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To be a Ruler again; and sabotage a competitor

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. He has worked as a Sage like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult.
