Description: An older man who wears a brown deerstalker hat and brown clothes, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
