Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Heian was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
