History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Varis grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a worn and beaten armor, and is pretty ugly. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barkeep business.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
