Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He sports pastel clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Paelias will drive conversation. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Paelias and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Paelias discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Paelias fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

He prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available he will default to his mace. He has a hunchback. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
