When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Erdan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Arannis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Jeweler and found it very stressful. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
