History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Jeweler responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a Roofer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has worked as a Bowyer like his mother before him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
