He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by unlife.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
