Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'1". He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, and his gloved hand is found clutching a quarterstaff. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Efferil studied abroad. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather. His hair is silver and very short. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Aust lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 9. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: This light-skinned male is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He sports a flattop hair cut. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Ahvain was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ahvain's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a tan shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Laucian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and to be a ploughman again
