He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He tends to his Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears dark leathers with embroidery, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Thervan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Thervan decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Thervan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Heian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
