History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Berrian took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
