History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now mingles about in high society.
