History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Vanuath was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Adventurer and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
