History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naill grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Thervan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. During his travels, Thervan and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Thervan discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Thervan fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Now he works as a poetry tutor during his time off.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in a small forest village. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
