Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Gifted from a young age, Paelias studied abroad. Paelias was a troubled youth. History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
