History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Theren never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Mindartis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
