History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
