While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Laucian is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Laucian liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hadarai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
