Description: This younger middle-aged man has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Raer enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Raer never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
