History: Berrian was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. History: Born in the east to a Butcher, Azaki learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Azaki was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Azaki decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
