History: Eiravel hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Eiravel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and many dire rats want him driven away
