History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is greedy

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: This younger middle-aged man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Tharivol was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tharivol's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in the east to a Sailor, Azaki learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Himo embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He takes great joy in being the best Tanner in town.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and expand his business
