History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Arannis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Arannis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Galinndan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and his gloved hand is found clutching a quarterstaff. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Varis is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A true patriot, Varis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aelar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Rolen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rolen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
