History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Azaki was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Azaki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Azaki. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rael does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Rael was taken on many hunting expeditions. When Rael reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
