Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
