History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naal. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Gifted from a young age, Naal studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
