Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Heian was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cook. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is greedy.
