Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Heian was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heian decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
