History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Courier profession.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mindartis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mindartis. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
