History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
