Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Lucan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
