History: Lucan was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
