Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
