Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A true patriot, Hugh would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tanner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: Manfred was born with his father's beautiful face. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Roofer. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and many goblins want him driven away

Personality: Robert speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: Born in the west to a Dyer, Robert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Robert has worked very hard to control his curse. He became a Dyer soon after.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears baggy green pantaloons and a pastel scarf. His golden hair is lengthy. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kody was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kody fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
