History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Personality: Kyle speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Kyle was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kyle decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: Born to a Blacksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He usually wears his tan robe and has his kukri always slung over his shoulder. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
