Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with yellow colored cloaks and clothing. His white hair is still thick. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anthony grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anthony. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
