Everard Shelby, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Everard was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is long and brown with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

Dean Hale, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He has a very tight haircut. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Dean took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Roland Stapleton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He has a missing left leg. He prefers to wear yellow pants and tee shirts. His brown hair is heavily combed to the left. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roland is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is unsatisfied with his job
Ideals: Justice. Bonds: Job, Slave, Immigrant. Occupation: Dyer
Voice: Posh accent
