History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Description: Standing 5'6", this man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born in a small island village. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his pickaxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, marred by sweets. He has shaved his head bald. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
